Personal data processing policy

This policy explains what personal data is collected through omskiybrokers.com, for which purpose, on what legal basis, to whom it is transferred and how long it is kept. Processing follows Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data".

1. What we collect

• Contact form data: name, e-mail, phone (if given), message text.
• Market review subscription data: name, company, e-mail, phone (if given), country, consent mark.
• Technical data: anonymised visit statistics — page address, device and browser type, referrer, approximate location — collected by Yandex.Metrika (cookie and counter pixel).

We do not collect biometric data, health or political data, and no card details. We never ask for passport data through the website.

2. Why we process it

• to answer an enquiry and prepare a freight indication or commercial offer;
• to discuss and perform a carriage or chartering contract, if one is concluded;
• to send market reviews and rates, if you subscribed and confirmed your e-mail;
• to understand which pages visitors need and improve the site (analytics).

3. Legal bases

Your consent for the stated purposes (Art. 6(1) of 152-FZ), performance of a contract you are party to, and our legitimate interest in improving the site within anonymised statistics.

4. Storage periods

• enquiries are kept until the correspondence purpose is reached, and no longer than 3 years after the last contact;
• subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent;
• analytics data — for the periods set by Yandex.Metrika;
• data contained in documents of an executed contract — for the periods required by accounting and transport law.

5. Who receives it

• our e-mail provider, to deliver the enquiry or review message;
• Yandex.Metrika, for anonymised visit statistics;
• the hosting provider whose servers serve this site.

We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing. Disclosure is possible only on a lawful request of a competent authority.

6. Cookies and analytics

The site uses Yandex.Metrika cookies to count visits and goals (for example, a submitted enquiry). You can disable cookies in your browser; the site keeps working, and your visit is simply not counted.

7. Your rights

• to obtain information about the processing of your personal data;
• to demand correction, blocking or deletion where the data is incomplete, outdated or processed unlawfully;
• to withdraw consent at any time;
• to complain to Roskomnadzor or to a court.

Send a request to info@omskiybrokers.com from the address you used, or in writing to the operator's address. We answer within the period set by 152-FZ (no more than 10 working days from receipt).

8. Changes

The current version is always published on this page with its date at the top. If a change affects data already collected, we notify subscribers by e-mail.
